About us
LUNA has operated since 2015 as a Sydney-based facilities and property management business. We manage buildings and assets across a portfolio of residential and commercial sites, with our building and facilities teams based on site across those properties, supported by a central administrative function.
The role
As our portfolio has grown across multiple sites, so has the administrative load that sits behind it. We are looking for a full-time Corporate Services Manager to take responsibility for the internal administration of the organisation as a whole, and to work directly with the Managing Director on the financial, staffing, compliance and systems side of the business. This is a corporate role: the position supports and administers the organisation around our site-based teams, rather than managing the buildings themselves.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Managing Director on how the organisation is administered and resourced, providing research, analysis and recommendations on staffing, financial planning, compliance and information systems, including coordinating the organisation's outsourced HR arrangements
- Take charge of the organisation's internal administrative, financial and personnel resources across all sites, ensuring they are deployed effectively as the business grows
- Design, introduce and maintain the internal policies, procedures and guidelines that staff across the organisation are required to follow, including workplace health and safety and compliance obligations
- Work through complex resourcing and administrative issues arising across a multi-site operation, and prepare the resulting reports, briefings and written recommendations for the Managing Director
- Coordinate with our external accountant, supplying the information and analysis needed for budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, and administering payroll and related obligations
- Lead and develop the organisation's administrative staff, including the Head of Accounts and Compliance Manager, building their capability so that information across the organisation is accurate, consistent and delivered on time
- Represent the organisation in dealings with external parties, and at meetings and industry forums
Skills and experience required
- A relevant tertiary qualification (bachelor degree or higher) in business, management or a related field
- At least 1 year's experience in a corporate services, business administration or administrative management role
- Strong organisational, financial and stakeholder management skills
- Experience administering a business operating across multiple sites
Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Employee mentoring program
- Parental leave
- Professional development assistance
