About the Team & Office

This is your chance to lead the brand experience strategy for one of Australia's most iconic radio brands. As part of the 2DAYFM team, you'll be responsible for bringing both 2DAYFM and 2DAYFM Breakfast to life through compelling promotions, audience experiences, partnerships and activations that drive listening, engagement and brand love.

Working closely with Content, Digital, Sales and Programming teams, you'll help shape the future of the brand while creating unforgettable moments for Sydney listeners.

Based in our Sydney office at World Square, you'll also enjoy being part of a vibrant culture that's currently trialling a 9-day fortnight, giving you every second Friday off to rest, recharge and enjoy life outside of work. This is a 12-month parental leave contract.

A day in the life?

As the Brand Experience Lead for 2DAYFM, you’ll be the mastermind behind bold, audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life. From on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events, your days will be fast-paced, creative and purpose-driven – all with one goal: growing our audience and deepening listener love.

As an important member of the Content Senior Leadership Team, you will help drive the strategy and team culture alongside the Content Director, Assistant Content Director, and Show Executive Producer.

What You’ll Need

Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy
In depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
High level Project Management skills
Excellent people and resource management skills
Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
Ability to handle high volume of projects at high pace with ease
Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences
