Keep essential mailroom, courier and archive services running smoothly
Work with teams across the business in a hands on service role
Build experience across workplace operations, vendors and business support

Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.

As Mailroom Officer, you will support the day to day delivery of mailroom, courier and archive services for the Perpetual Wealth Management business. The role is focused on reliable operations, strong service and secure handling of business mail and records.

We are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible for this critical on-site operational role, based in the office five days per week. You will work closely with teams across the business, as well as external mail, courier and archiving vendors, to ensure services are delivered professionally and any issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage incoming and outgoing internal, external and international mail, including scanning where required.
Coordinate domestic and international courier services for the business.
Support archiving services and help maintain accurate records and secure processes.
Maintain mailroom equipment, scanners, printers, paper and stationery stock.
Investigate missing mail enquiries and escalate issues to internal teams or vendors when needed.
Assist with mail logistics, including PO Boxes, mail redirections and service changes.
Provide administration support to the wider Workplace Experience team as required.

About you

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

Experience in a mailroom (essential to be considered for this role).
Experience using Australia Post systems, which would be highly regarded.
Experience liaising with courier providers.
A practical, organised approach to daily operational tasks.
Must have basic Computer Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook applications.
Strong attention to detail when handling mail, records and service requests.
Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
The ability to troubleshoot service issues and follow secure processes.
