Perpetual Wealth Management is seeking an experienced and highly organised Integration Analyst, 12 month contract position to support the successful onboarding and integration of newly appointed advisers into Perpetual Private.
Working closely with the Integration Manager, this role will help coordinate onboarding activities, manage key milestones, and ensure advisers receive a seamless introduction to the business. You will play an important role in delivering a consistent adviser experience through effective project coordination, stakeholder engagement, process improvement and operational support.

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support the completion of pre-day-one adviser onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth commencement experience.
Assist in the development of tailored onboarding and transition plans for newly appointed advisers.
Take ownership of assigned milestones within adviser onboarding plans and drive these through to completion.
Coordinate onboarding training requirements to support advisers as they integrate into the business.
Curate, maintain and improve onboarding collateral to support efficient and effective adviser onboarding.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve delays that may impact a seamless onboarding experience.
Support continuous improvement across adviser onboarding processes and operational workflows.

You will be a proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative professional who is confident managing multiple priorities and working with a range of stakeholders. You will bring a practical and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to support delivery in line with adviser expectations, client requirements and compliance obligations.
You will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and will be comfortable working in an environment where accuracy, responsiveness and stakeholder engagement are critical to success.
Essential skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Two plus years’ experience working within a wealth management business that provides financial advice.
Experience supporting adviser onboarding, ideally from a project planning, implementation, operational or client relationship management perspective.
Knowledge of the regulatory framework as it relates to the provision of personal financial advice to retail clients.
A demonstrated knowledge of the Australian platform landscape, including investment and superannuation/pension platforms.
A degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Law or a related field.
Desirable skills and experience
The following experience would be highly regarded:
Experience working with third-party supplier relationships.
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Xplan.
Qualifications in change management, project management and/or financial advice.
Emerging capability in using artificial intelligence tools to improve the timeliness and quality of work outputs.
