About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable activities across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure payments, corporate card transactions and expense reimbursements are managed efficiently and in accordance with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and pay supplier invoices.
Manage corporate card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.
Support month-end activities, including journal processing and general ledger reconciliations.
Coordinate weekly payment runs and vendor remittance processes.
Manage ad hoc payment requests in line with policy and support vendor set-up activities.
Respond to accounts payable queries and ensure payment process compliance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 4 years' Accounts Payable experience within a corporate environment.
Experience working in a high-volume, customer-focused role.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
Advanced Excel capabilities.
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.
