Office Administrator (Subcontractor)

Stable Commercial

Perth WA (Hybrid)

Part Time

35 to 40 $ per Hr

About the role

Stable Commercial, a leading Perth based building maintenance and repair company, are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected construction business in a flexible, hybrid role with plenty of autonomy. Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage company inbox and ensure timely, professional correspondence
Prepare and send quote requests to suppliers and subcontractors
Create and issue purchase orders
Draft and dispatch client quotes
Manage invoicing and quoting using Xero
Schedule jobs using ServiceM8 or Tradify
Update the Dashboard Spreadsheet
Manage and Maintain subscriptions and compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements including CM3 Compliance.

About You:

A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision
Strong attention to details and ability to prioritise tasks
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
Proficient with cloud-based systems and tools, particularly Xero, ServiceM8 or Tradify
Must have your own valid ABN (Australian Business Number)
Previous experience with CM3 Compliance is essential
