The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Qube Team in Picton assisting with administrative support and perform specific and general administrative duties.
Role Type: Full Time. This is a Local role ONLY.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new staff, Drivers, Operators, and sub-contractors
- Co ordinating with Site Trainers and Fleet Control for training and client inductions of new staff and sub-contractor drivers.
- Maintain site training Matrix ensuring Qube and client inductions and VoC’s are kept current.
- Maintaining staff HR and training files.
- Liaising with client training departments and maintaining client induction platforms
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Site PPE clothing management and ordering.
- MSIC processing by way of VERITAS app.
- Data entry and general admin as required.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following.
- Previous experience as an Administrator within a logistics, resources, construction, or similar industry (particularly in a site-based role) would be highly regarded.
- High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines and deliver results
- Professional interpersonal and organisational skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team and build relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
