The Roles

We’re hiring experienced optical dispensers across multiple Inner West Sydney locations.

Store Lead – Optical

A hands-on senior role where you help keep the store running smoothly day to day.

You’ll be working on the floor, supporting the team, working closely with optometrists, and making sure patients have a smooth, well-managed experience from start to finish.

It’s a lead role, but very much grounded in doing the work — not sitting above it.

Experienced Optical Dispenser

A full-scope dispensing role where you’ll be involved in the whole journey — frames, lenses, measurements, fittings, adjustments, troubleshooting, all of it.

You’ll also help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and be part of a team that genuinely works together (not just alongside each other).

Work Setup

We’re open to full-time, part-time, or casual depending on the right fit and what you’re looking for.

Pay will match experience and responsibility, and we’ll chat through that early so everything’s clear.

What We’re Looking ForFor Both Roles

Solid optical dispensing experience (3+ years preferred)
Confident working with prescriptions and lens solutions
High attention to detail (this one really matters)
Good communication — friendly, clear, and real with customers
Calm, problem-solving mindset when things get tricky
Team-first attitude (no egos, just good people)

For Store Lead

Experience supporting or leading others in optical
Comfortable keeping things organised and running smoothly in-store
Natural ability to guide, support, and step in when needed
