We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Casual Optical Dispenser / Optical Assistant to join our new practice.

About the Role
You'll be an important part of creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Your role will include:
- Helping patients choose frames and lenses to suit their needs and lifestyle.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Fitting, adjusting, and repairing glasses.
- Processing orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Booking appointments and assisting with reception.
- Keeping the practice organised and welcoming.
- Working alongside our optometrists to provide excellent patient care.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, positive, and professional.
- Confident with customers and enjoys working with people.
- Experienced in retail or customer service.
- A great communicator and team player.
- Reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
- Flexible and available to work varying days as required.
Optical experience is preferred but not essential - training will be provided for the right person!
