At David Jones, we exist to inspire Like No Other. As a Designer Eyewear Sales Professional, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while showcasing premium optical and sunglasses brands.
Working within a dynamic retail environment, you will combine your passion for customer service, styling, and sales to drive results and build lasting client relationships.
What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Deliver personalised, high-touch customer service experiences
- Provide expert product recommendations across designer optical and sunglasses ranges
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through strong relationship management
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Support in-store initiatives, promotions, and brand activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock presentation
What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within optical, and luxury environments
- Passion for premium brands, styling, and customer engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Well-presented with a keen eye for detail and trends
- Optical dispensing experience (advantageous but not essential)
