Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NDIS Compliance & Administration Manager to oversee our office administration and ensure our organisation remains compliant with NDIS requirements.

The role involves managing participant and staff files, monitoring compliance documentation and expiry dates, preparing for NDIS audits, maintaining incident and complaints records, assisting with participant and staff onboarding, reviewing service documentation, maintaining compliance registers, and ensuring records are accurate and audit-ready.

The successful candidate will also support day-to-day office operations, communicate with staff, participants, families and external stakeholders, and proactively identify and follow up any compliance gaps.

We are looking for someone with previous NDIS/disability sector experience who is highly organised, confident working independently and capable of taking ownership of the organisation's compliance and administrative systems.

Pay: $37.00 – $52.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Punchbowl NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current National Police Check
Valid Australian Driver Licence
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
Evidence of right to work in Australia
Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in NDIS compliance, disability services, administration or quality management
Previous experience working within an NDIS registered provider is highly desirable
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive participant and staff information

Experience:

Compliance management: 1 year (Required)
