Area Manager - Home Care , Sydney Northern Beaches - Narrabeen based role.
The Role:
The Home Care Area Manager is a key management position, responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of care delivery, business performance and growth within our Home Care community portfolio. The position encompasses strategic, governance and operational elements to ensure team members provide high-quality care and services to our clients in their own home and the community, while operating within budget, and meeting compliance requirements.
About You:
You have experience in the Aged Care sector, ideally in Home Care services in particular.
You have a can-do attitude and lead from the front, with a demonstrated track record of developing and managing high performing, geographically dispersed teams.
You're known as a manager who can effectively engage and lead teams through a constantly changing landscape.
You will also have strong financial acumen with experience successfully delivering against operational budgets across multiple locations, including labour costs.
Our preferred candidates will also have an understanding of Veterans' experience and needs.
