Full Job Description

No experience? No problem! We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Junior Team Member to join our fast-paced pizza restaurant. Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Taking orders accurately using our POS system
Assisting customers with menu recommendations and answering questions
Serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area
Processing cash and card payments accurately
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Helping resolve customer enquiries in a positive and professional manner
