Join our hatted restaurant as an F&B Runner, playing a vital role in connecting our kitchen team with the dining room floor. You will help manage the flow of the pass, ensuring every dish and beverage looks exactly as it should before delivering it to our guests. This is a hands-on, active role where you will navigate a busy dining room carrying three plates or beverage trays, warmly explaining dish components as you arrive at the table. Alongside running food and drinks, you will help keep service moving smoothly by communicating clearly with the chefs, clearing tables, and supporting the wait staff. If you have a great eye for detail, a positive attitude, and some previous experience in a premium or fast-paced venue, you will be a perfect fit for our team.
- You hold a current and valid NSW RSA certificate and are ready to hit the ground running.
- You possess a naturally proactive nature, always anticipating the needs of our guests before they even have to ask.
- You have strong communication skills and truly enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team in the energetic buzz of a vibrant restaurant.
- You have ongoing availability to work nights and weekends, specifically Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
