We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Chef to join the kitchen team at Li'l Darlin in Crows Nest.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and executing dishes to a high standard of quality, consistency and presentation during service
- Handling daily preparation, section setup, stock rotation and ordering
- Managing suppliers and keeping tight control on inventory and wastage
- Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness and strictly following Australian Food Safety Standards
- Working closely with the kitchen team and communicating well with front of house
- Completing prep lists, opening/closing procedures and accurate reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as a Chef (or strong Cook) in a busy bar or restaurant kitchen
- Good knowledge of modern Australian / share-style food (tapas and wood-fired pizzas is a plus)
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude
- Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays (essential)
- Current Food Safety / NSW Food Authority certificate
