About the Company

Hampton Accelerate Pty Limited is an Australian-based venture builder and innovation hub that assists startups and companies in de-risking and scaling their businesses. The company is focused on supporting international business engagement and expanding its international market presence through strategic partnerships and multilingual client services.

We are seeking a suitably qualified International Marketing Specialist in the East Asia Region to support the company’s marketing, branding, and international market development activities.

About the Role

The International Marketing Specialist – East Asia Region will assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to support the company’s business growth objectives in Australia and overseas markets within the East Asia region.

The role requires engagement with multilingual stakeholders, preparation of bilingual marketing materials, and coordination of marketing activities targeting international clients and business partners.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives, in particular, to promote the company’s services and to effectively reach target East Asia markets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis across Australian and East Asia markets
Coordinate digital marketing and promotional activities across online and offline channels
Prepare marketing communications, presentations, and promotional materials
Liaise with overseas stakeholders, business partners, and international clients regarding marketing initiatives and business opportunities
Support brand promotion and regional market expansion activities
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and recommendations for management
Assist in maintaining consistent corporate branding and communications

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience
Experience supporting international business engagement or regional market activities within the East Asia region is highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Simplified Chinese preferred due to business communication requirements)
Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content development is desirable
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Employment Conditions

Full-time position
Salary commensurate with skills and experience
Superannuation in accordance with Australian legislation
Standard annual leave and National Employment Standards apply

Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
