We are seeking a proactive, service‑oriented Workplace Services Coordinator to deliver high-quality, professional, and sustainable workplace services across our corporate office and branch network. You will coordinate facilities management, meeting and executive support, workplace events, vendor and contract oversight, and day‑to‑day operational services in line with banking sector governance, risk and compliance expectations. This role supports the Board and Executive Operations, enhances the employee and visitor experience, and advances our ESG and sustainability objectives.
This role is based in our Sydney office, currently in Mascot and is soon to be relocated to the CBD.

What you will be doing
- Act as primary contact for building management and concierge; coordinate repairs, maintenance, cleaning and day‑to‑day workplace operations to ensure a safe, compliant office environment.
- Prepare boardroom and meeting spaces, manage AV and catering, and provide executive meeting logistics in line with governance protocols.
- Plan and coordinate internal workplace events and support Annual General Meeting logistics, vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement within budget and standards.
- Drive recycling, waste reduction and sustainable sourcing initiatives; assist with ESG data, audits and supplier alignment.
- Onboard/offboard suppliers, monitor performance, support contract renewals and invoice verification, and manage mail and general workplace administration.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain presentation and functionality, support access/security processes, and assist with minor moves and refurbishment projects.
What you will bring
- Proven background in workplace services, facilities coordination, or hospitality within a corporate or regulated environment.
- Practical knowledge of recycling, waste reduction, responsible sourcing, and supporting ESG reporting and audits.
- Confident, professional communication with executives, board members, suppliers, and building management.
- Strong contract, supplier and facilities management skills with attention to cost control and service standards.
- Proactive problem‑solver who delivers a polished employee and visitor experience while managing competing priorities.
