What you’ll do
As Product Sales Manager - Everyday Rewards, you will lead the commercialization and selling of Everyday Rewards products (including but not limited to EDR targeted offers, EDR App inventory, EDR competitions), supporting the Cartology sales team. You will own the Everyday Rewards channel revenue number, driving growth year on year.
Revenue Ownership & Reporting: Own the Everyday Rewards channel revenue targets, driving year-on-year growth and building dashboards to track revenue performance and sell-through rates.
Pipeline & Business Development: Actively identify, qualify, pitch, and close new business leads while helping to define and construct impactful go-to-market plans.
In-Market Expert & Enablement: Serve as the product expert in client engagements, supporting sales teams with best-in-class collateral, case studies, and ongoing product training.
Commercial Pricing & Strategy: Develop and manage pricing strategies to drive optimal sell-through rates, collaborating with the Supermarkets commercial team to secure investment through Joint Business Plans.
Product Roadmap Integration: Partner with the EDR product team to feedback client needs into the product roadmap and assist in sizing revenue opportunities for new business cases.
What you’ll bring
Digital, Loyalty and/or Targeted Media Expertise: More than 7 years of professional experience in digital advertising and data-centric roles, preferably within the Rewards or Loyalty space, or an aligned audience-based targeted advertising sector, alongside a deep understanding of consumer behaviors and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
Commercial 'Hunting' Drive: Possess a strong appetite to chase revenue, with a demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end B2B sales process and pipeline.
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Highly analytical and data-oriented problem solver who thrives at interpreting complex business intent and translating it into strategic action.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills: Experience in client-facing B2B sales roles, pitching and presenting with clarity, conviction and gravitas
Stakeholder Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of building successful partnerships across both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures.
