What you'll do
As the Group Product Manager for Ad Platforms Digital Experiences, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers responsible for the Ads Manager platform. Your primary mission is to act as a "player-coach," guiding your team to success while owning the consolidated product roadmap. You will translate high-level strategic vision into a cohesive, actionable plan, ensuring your team is aligned, effective, and delivering exceptional outcomes. You will be the central point of leadership for the product management discipline within your group, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
Strategy Delivery: Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of the consolidated product roadmap for the Ads Manager platform. Synthesize inputs from your product team, senior leadership, and key business stakeholders into a single, prioritised plan that ensures strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
People Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers. Foster their career growth, provide regular coaching and feedback, and build a world-class product management culture.
Product & Thought Leadership: Drive product innovation by identifying and championing opportunities for new technologies to create efficiencies and strengthen the overall client and product experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the key product counterpart to engineering, design, and broader business stakeholders. Drive alignment, manage dependencies, and facilitate clear communication to ensure seamless, efficient delivery of value.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Establish and maintain a rhythm of regular, open communication with key stakeholders to ensure strong alignment, engagement, and contribution to the product plan and roadmap.
Operational Excellence: Champion and embed product management best practices in discovery, delivery, and go-to-market. Drive a data-informed culture, using insights to guide trade-off decisions and measure the impact of your team's work.
