About The Role
The Senior Product Manager - Digital Experiences is responsible for setting the strategic direction and commercialisation roadmap for Cartology’s on-platform digital media portfolio, translating business priorities into scalable, market-leading advertising solutions that drive long-term growth.
In this role, you’ll be leading a team of Product Managers, overseeing the development and go-to-market execution of products across Agentic Commerce, AI-driven shopping tools, Smart Trolleys, Personalised Ads, Branded Content, Video, Premium Display, and Sponsored Products, ensuring strong alignment between commercial opportunity, customer experience, and technical delivery.
This position will see you working across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Channel Marketing, and acting as the senior point of alignment for product strategy, prioritisation, and market readiness across the portfolio.
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture with clear ownership and prioritisation discipline to consistently deliver market-leading digital products.
Define the strategic direction for the digital portfolio by aligning priorities with business goals, market opportunities, and customer needs, while using industry intelligence to identify future threats.
Oversee the end-to-end commercialisation pipeline, from concept to launch, driving operational excellence in prioritisation and execution to ensure products are scalable, viable, and market-ready.
Partner with cross-functional leadership—including technology, operations, and marketing—to align business priorities, accelerate delivery outcomes, and foster seamless collaboration across all commercial, product, and technical teams.
Guide portfolio go-to-market planning, ensuring launches are well-sequenced and supported by high-quality product narratives, collateral, and enablement frameworks to drive strong market adoption and internal engagement.
Act as the commercial bridge between technical and client-facing teams, leveraging strong relationships with sales and partnerships leadership to translate technical capabilities into effective, client-focused advertiser solutions.
What you’ll bring
Subject matter expertise at the highest level of ability in digital advertising with demonstrated experience in leadership roles and launching digital products.
Strong sales and/or business experience with proven ability to drive results.
Successful internal and external relationship management.
Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through.
What you'll experience
A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams.
High-impact role supporting our teams who enrich our communities.
A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline - with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app.
