As a Paid Media Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading PwC Australia's paid social and paid search strategy, performance and governance, working with internal stakeholders across marketing, brand, employer brand, corporate affairs, offshore teams and agency partners.

What you'll do:

Develop and own PwC Australia's paid social and paid search strategy, aligned to business and marketing objectives across Lines of Service, industries and firm-wide initiatives.

Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant platforms.

Drive performance through audience targeting, creative optimisation, testing and landing page improvements, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Define success measures, attribution approaches and reporting frameworks, delivering clear performance reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Manage paid media budgets, forecasts and investment plans to maximise efficiency, effectiveness and return on investment.

Establish and maintain channel governance, standards and compliance, while driving adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation and innovative media practices.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners, and support capability uplift through coaching, knowledge sharing and training.

What we're looking for:

Core skills

7+ years' experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital marketing roles, either agency-side or in-house.

Demonstrated success developing and executing paid social and paid search strategies that deliver measurable engagement, lead generation and growth outcomes.

Deep hands-on expertise across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Strong understanding of audience strategy, attribution, conversion tracking, tagging and performance measurement.

Proven experience managing agency partners, media budgets and performance programs.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable media outcomes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Desirable skills

Experience with first-party data activation, testing methodologies and performance optimisation.

Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation capabilities.

A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and capability development.
