We're seeking an experienced Senior Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and performance across Teachers Health's three brands.
This newly created role will oversee media agency partnerships, manage significant media investment, and drive customer acquisition and brand growth through data-led planning, optimisation and reporting.

What will you do?
- Lead media planning, execution and optimisation across all paid media channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation and brand growth through effective media strategies.
- Manage and optimise media budgets, forecasting and performance outcomes.
- Own the external media agency relationship and performance governance.
- Deliver measurement, reporting and actionable insights through media and marketing technology platforms.
What do you need?
- 8-10+ years' experience in media planning, buying and strategy with tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
- In-Depth understanding of the Australian media landscape and performance marketing channels (search, social media, digital display).
- Experience managing significant media budgets, annual planning and forecasting.
- Strong analytical capability with media measurement, attribution and reporting.
- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience in a heavily regulated industry, ideally financial services, insurance or health insurance.
- Proven experience managing external media agency relationships and holding agencies accountable for performance outcomes.
