We are currently seeking Interior Designers to join our team in NSW - Castle Hill
About the role:
As we build and grow our Interior Design Department, we are looking for team members that are creative and highly experienced Interior Designers, who areproactive, results-oriented professionals, who can perform market and trend research, design scalable processes and drive implementation to achieve fast, sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate clients' visions into reality. You will collaborate with multiple internal departments and report directly to key stakeholdersto assist in coordinating all aspects of the role.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Consulting with clients to define clear project objectives, scope and potential limitations
- Developing designs concepts aligned with client briefs and maximise functionality, safety, spatial layout while being aesthetically pleasing
- Producing detailed sketches, visuals, graphics to assist with design plans
- Resolving material palettes with depth — stone, timber, metals and layered finishes
- Producing well-resolved documentation that translates design intent without compromise
- Working closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure what is designed is what is delivered
- Leading conversations with clients in a way that builds trust and clarity
- Collaborating with architects, consultants and builders to resolve details correctly, while coordinating and negotiating design outcomes
- Supervising site works to ensure design compliance, quality standards and successful project delivery
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories.
- Create 3D renderings and detailed drawings for presentations.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Able to travel for work related purposes.
- Available to work on weekends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience as an Interior Designer (if you hold a relevant qualification) or no less than 2 years of experience if you do not hold any relevant qualification.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio showcasing interior and furniture design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
