About the Role
As an Architect, you'll work closely with Project Leads and multidisciplinary teams across all phases of project delivery, contributing to design development, documentation, presentations, and project coordination.
You'll play an active role in transforming ideas into exceptional built outcomes while continuing to develop your technical expertise and professional capabilities.
This role suits an all-round Architect who enjoys balancing design thinking with technical delivery and wants exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the design, documentation, and delivery of architectural projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
- Develop, modify, and review design concepts, production drawings, and construction documentation.
- Undertake site analysis, operational research, building programming, and design investigations.
- Prepare and participate in design presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support project delivery through a solution-focused and collaborative approach.
- Contribute creative thinking across architecture, spatial design, environmental design, and master planning.
- Take ownership of allocated project packages and coordinate deliverables with support from senior team members.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
- Participate in office initiatives, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Maintain awareness of project standards, quality systems, and workplace safety requirements.
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
- Current Architectural Registration in Australia.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and project delivery.
- Experience using BIM and Revit for architectural documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong technical documentation capability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Approximately 5-8 years' professional experience (or equivalent) working within an architectural practice.
Preferred
- Experience within a design-led architectural practice.
- Experience working on complex or large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and visualisation software.
- Strong sketching and graphic communication skills.
- Experience coordinating consultants and contributing to client-facing meetings.
