About the role:

Operating within the Faculty of Education and Arts, the Executive Assistant provides efficient and effective high level executive support to the Executive Dean, Faculty of Education & Arts. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Office of the Executive Dean and is the first point of contact on a range of matters. The Executive Assistant will be required to support the management of relationships, both internally and externally.

What we offer:

Total remuneration val ued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of fou r weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
