A message from the people your work helps make visible
The work we do every day is personal. The work you'll do helps make it possible.
Hello future Lead Executive Assistant,
We're two groups of people who may never meet you at the same time, but whose experiences are shaped by the work you do.
We are Scope clients.
And we are the people who support them every day.
From the outside, your role might look like diary management, coordination and administration. But it's much more than that.
Because we know that when leaders have the right information, when decisions are organised and communicated well, and when the organisation is running smoothly, better outcomes reach all of us.
For clients, that means services that are safer, more consistent and focused on what matters most to us: living the life we choose.
For employees, it means clear direction, less confusion, better access to support and more time spent focusing on people rather than process.
That's where you come in.
Why your role matters
At Scope, our CEO leads the direction of an organisation that supports thousands of people with disability and the workforce who stand beside them every day.
The work behind that leadership doesn't happen by accident.
It takes someone who can anticipate what is needed before it's needed. Someone who can bring order to complexity, coordinate competing priorities, build trusted relationships, and create the conditions for leaders and teams to do their best work.
When you do your job well, meetings have a purpose, communication is clear, important decisions don't get lost, and the right people are connected to the right conversations, at the right time.
That impact flows throughout the organisation, ultimately improving the experiences of both employees and clients.

- Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth operation of Scope's Hawthorn office and executive services
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgement, and can confidently navigate competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Why Scope?
At Scope, you'll join an organisation that:
- Creates meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive
- Believes great leadership starts with great support
- Values collaboration, inclusion and belonging.
- Strives for continuous improvement
- Invests in learning, development and wellbeing
- Offers salary packaging and a range of employee benefits
Most importantly, you'll do work with a purpose.
While you may not provide direct support to our clients, your work helps the people who do. And that makes a real difference.
Safeguarding matters
Keeping people safe is everyone's responsibility at Scope.
You will have, or will successfully obtain all relevant checks, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and other role-specific clearances.
