What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful brand and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen community awareness, drive engagement and support organisational growth.

You'll coordinate campaigns, create compelling content, champion brand consistency and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

You will:

Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and communication
Create engaging content across social media, website, eDM, video and print channels
Support the implementation of the Marketing Strategy and annual Marketing Plan
Develop and schedule social media content that grows engagement and audience reach
Lead the design and production of branded marketing collateral and communications
Maintain brand integrity and support adherence to brand and style guidelines across the organisation
Produce and edit video and multimedia content for internal and external audiences
Assist with stakeholder communications, newsletters, presentations and annual reporting
Manage website content updates through HubSpot CMS
Maintain marketing content libraries and digital assets
Monitor campaign performance and digital engagement metrics
Prepare reports and insights that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Sunshine Coast Head Office.

You’ll thrive in this role if
You're a proactive and creative marketing professional who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. You love creating content, managing multiple projects and ensuring every interaction reflects a strong and consistent brand experience.

You will bring:

Qualifications and/or experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing best practice
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign or similar design platforms
Excellent written communication, copywriting and content creation skills
Experience managing social media platforms and digital content
Photography, videography and video editing capability
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and project coordination skills
Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills
Experience with Mailchimp and HubSpot CMS (highly regarded)
Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
A current satisfactory National Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to travel to Suncare locations and events as required
