We are looking for an energetic, driven Marketing Assistant who is eager to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is excited to contribute across a variety of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do:
Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to:
- Assist the Marketing team to help deliver integrated marketing, communication, and brand strategies for KGF.
- Assist with planning and managing events, trade shows and sponsorships.
- Manage the delivery of the marketing and community engagement plan for the Kilcoy butchery retail shops in Kilcoy and Bells Creek.
- Assist with content creation via the planning and managing of photoshoots and film shoots.
- Assist with implementing, KGF’s digital marketing program including social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimisation and paid advertising activity.
What You Bring:
- 1-2+ years of marketing, brand or communication experience, and relevant qualifications.
- Good design skills and creative thinking through the use of digital based design programs such as Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A growth mindset.
