Base Salary: A$70,000.00 - A$80,000.00 per year + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Phone + Laptop + Superannuation

As a proud, family-owned company, our reputation is built on premium product innovation—like our signature "V" Fold Vinyl Wrapped Drawer Systems—and an uncompromising commitment to personalized customer service.

With our Head Office in Victoria and established distribution centers across NSW and Queensland, we are expanding our northern footprint. We are seeking an autonomous, relationship-driven sales professional to take complete ownership of our QLD market out of our Mansfield hub.

About the Position

This is not a corporate, micro-managed sales role, nor is it a warehouse position. This is a pure B2B territory management and relationship role. You will be the face of the Easiform brand across Queensland—nurturing our deeply valued existing accounts while strategically identifying new joinery, kitchen manufacturing, and commercial furniture clients.

Operating with high levels of trust and independence, you will manage your own call cycles, introduce premium component solutions to local trades, and secure long-term supply partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Ownership: Strategically plan and execute your own road schedule to effectively cover the QLD region from our Mansfield base.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted consultant to our existing cabinet makers and joiners, ensuring exceptional service continuity and product satisfaction.
Market Growth: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new B2B accounts through genuine, face-to-face networking and industry engagement.
Consultative Solution Selling: Understand the unique production pain points of local manufacturers and present tailored Easiform component solutions.
Pipeline Administration: Maintain clean, modern CRM records to track customer interactions and market trends.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

Industry Credibility: A strong background within the timber, hardware, joinery, cabinet making, or furniture sectors. Tradespeople looking to step off the tools and build a long-term corporate sales career are highly encouraged to apply.
Sales Instincts: Proven experience in a B2B field sales or account management role where trust and long-term relationships matter more than high-pressure tactics.
Natural Autonomy: Exceptional time-management skills with the intrinsic drive to motivate yourself on the road every single day.
Elite Communication: The ability to speak comfortably with workshop hands, business owners, and commercial buyers alike.
Credentials: A valid, clean Australian Driver’s License is mandatory.
