Description:
The Opportunity
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers throughout Queensland. You'll play a key role in increasing market share, generating new projects, and positioning Beaumont Tiles as a preferred supplier partner.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across residential and commercial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Increase engagement and share of wallet with existing customers through strategic account growth.
- Identify and pursue tenders, projects and preferred supplier agreements.
- Utilise market insights to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from opportunity through to delivery.
Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For
Proven success in a business development, account management or sales role.
Strong ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and close business.
Experience working with builders, developers or construction-related customers will be highly regarded.
Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and confidence using technology and CRM systems.
A proactive, self-motivated and professional attitude with a genuine passion for sales.
