For over 40 years, Australian Bush Flower Essences has been helping people around the world support their emotional wellbeing through the healing wisdom of the Australian bush.

We're looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of creative projects and play an important role in bringing our brand to life across every digital touchpoint.

About the Role

As our Digital Designer, you'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Social Content Creator to create engaging, on-brand creative across our digital channels.

From designing product launch campaigns and EDMs to social media assets, website graphics and educational resources, you'll play an important role in how customers experience our brand.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute creative ideas and help shape the visual direction of our marketing across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing EDMs and email marketing campaigns.
Creating paid and organic social media creative.
Designing website banners, landing pages and ecommerce assets.
Developing creative for product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Producing digital and print marketing collateral.
Designing educational resources, workshop materials and distributor assets.
Assisting with packaging, point of sale and promotional material when required.
Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Social Content Creator to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Contributing creative ideas that strengthen our marketing and customer experience.

About You

You're a creative, organised and proactive designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life.

You understand that great design isn't just visually appealing. It communicates clearly, tells a story and creates meaningful customer experiences that inspire action.

You enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering polished, high-quality work.

Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in natural health, wellbeing and purpose-led brands. You're excited by the opportunity to create work that has a positive impact and resonates with people seeking a more natural approach to health and wellness.

You'll ideally have:

5+ years' experience in a digital design role.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Experience designing for ecommerce, email marketing and social media.
Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.
Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print.
Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is highly regarded.
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar ecommerce platforms is an advantage.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A portfolio that showcases beautiful, thoughtful and commercially effective design.
