Full Job Description

Caswell Interiors is a high-end joinery and interiors company specializing in premium residential interiors, renovations, architectural joinery and selected commercial projects.

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-quality custom joinery projects where attention to detail, craftsmanship and pride in your work are genuinely valued.

The Role

As a Cabinet Maker with Caswell Interiors, you will be involved in the manufacture and preparation of custom joinery from production through to installation.

You will work as part of a small, experienced team and be responsible for producing joinery to a consistently high standard and within project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture custom cabinetry and architectural joinery
Assemble kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and bespoke cabinetry
Read and interpret detailed joinery drawings
Work with CNC-machined components and production drawings
Edge banding and component preparation
Carry out accurate assembly and finishing
Check your work for quality and accuracy
Prepare completed joinery for installation
Identify and communicate production issues early
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Work efficiently to meet production schedules
Assist with installation when required

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a cabinet maker/joiner
Experience with high-end residential or architectural joinery
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read and understand joinery drawings
Good understanding of cabinet construction and assembly
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills
Pride in the quality of your workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional attitude
Current driver's licence

Experience working with CNC-machined components and modern joinery manufacturing processes will be highly regarded.
