We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Cabinet Maker with Caswell Interiors, you will be involved in the manufacture and preparation of custom joinery from production through to installation.
You will work as part of a small, experienced team and be responsible for producing joinery to a consistently high standard and within project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture custom cabinetry and architectural joinery
- Assemble kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and bespoke cabinetry
- Read and interpret detailed joinery drawings
- Work with CNC-machined components and production drawings
- Edge banding and component preparation
- Carry out accurate assembly and finishing
- Check your work for quality and accuracy
- Prepare completed joinery for installation
- Identify and communicate production issues early
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules
- Assist with installation when required
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a cabinet maker/joiner
- Experience with high-end residential or architectural joinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand joinery drawings
- Good understanding of cabinet construction and assembly
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Pride in the quality of your workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Current driver's licence
Experience working with CNC-machined components and modern joinery manufacturing processes will be highly regarded.
