Looking for plumber partners
We are looking for a licensed Plumber to join a growing business in a lead role, with a genuine pathway to partnership. This is a contract position where you will be paid for your work
We bring the clients and handle the business side. You focus on delivering great plumbing work. As the business grows, so does your stake.
What you will do:
- Carry out plumbing work — installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency callouts
- Manage jobs from start to finish with high standards of workmanship
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Contribute ideas to help grow the business
- Mentor and support junior team members as the team expands
What we are looking for:
- Licensed plumber (NSW plumbing licence required)
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a business
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and reliable

Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
