About the Role

This is more than just a job—it’s a pathway to becoming a highly effective and successful Sales Agent. You will train, learn, and grow alongside experienced industry professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.

You will:

Work closely with senior agents to learn prospecting, listings, and sales processes
Build strong relationships within the local community to support business growth
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appraisal, listing, negotiation, and sales journey
Engage in lead generation, prospecting, follow-up calls, and new business development
Manage buyer and seller enquiries and support property appraisals
Assist in property viewings, OFIs, and marketing activities
Support the contract, negotiation, and settlement processes
Contribute to local area marketing and promotional initiatives
Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients and the team

This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, property, and personal development.

What You’ll Bring

Experience is a bonus but not essential. What matters most is your attitude and drive.

You will ideally have:

A strong interest in real estate and customer service
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (Formerly known as the Agents Representative Certificate)
Full driver’s license
A positive, self-motivated, and professional approach
A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term real estate career
