Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Develop, create and publish engaging digital content across social media

platforms, websites and other online channels to promote Shape Up Boxing &

Fitness services, training programs, special events and membership offerings.

● Plan, coordinate and schedule the release of marketing content, ensuring

consistent communication of the gym’s brand identity, training philosophy and

promotional campaigns across digital platforms.

● Produce high-quality multimedia content, including promotional videos, training

highlights, member success stories, photographs, social media posts and written

marketing materials designed to attract and retain clients.

● Collaborate with coaches, trainers and management to identify content

opportunities that showcase training sessions, boxing techniques, fitness

programs, competitions and community engagement activities.

● Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social

media engagement and website traffic using analytical tools, providing regular

reports and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.

● Evaluate audience engagement metrics, customer behaviour and platform

insights to identify trends and optimise content strategies aimed at increasing

membership enquiries, client retention and brand awareness.

● Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimisation (SEO)

techniques to improve the visibility of the gym’s website, online content and

promotional materials in search engine results.

● Review and update existing digital content to enhance audience engagement,

improve search engine performance and ensure information regarding classes,

services and promotions remains accurate and relevant.

● Research developments within the fitness, boxing and wellness industries to

identify emerging trends, content opportunities and innovative marketing

approaches that support business growth.

● Assist in the planning and promotion of boxing events, fitness challenges,

workshops and special programs through targeted digital marketing campaigns

and content initiatives.

● Maintain content calendars and coordinate digital marketing activities to ensure

the timely publication of promotional materials, seasonal campaigns and

business announcements.

● Support the growth of the gym’s online community by engaging with followers,

responding to audience interactions and creating content designed to strengthen

customer relationships and increase brand loyalty.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- At least a Bachelor Degree and 3 years of experience.

- The position is focused on the creation, publication and management of digital

content, including videos, photographs, graphics and social media materials that

promote the services of Shape Up Boxing & Fitness. The role supports audience

engagement and brand visibility through content production and performance

monitoring, rather than undertaking the broader strategic, budgeting and market

analysis responsibilities typically associated with a Marketing Specialist. This

reflects the genuine operational need of the business for a dedicated Content

Creator.

Pay: $79,600.00 per year
