As Kinstone Group continues to manage current and future development projects, the business requires skilled marketing support to assist with project positioning, brand communication, digital marketing, campaign coordination and market engagement.
Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Required Qualifications:
· At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Digital Media, or another closely related discipline.
· A postgraduate qualification in Communication, Strategic Communication, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media or a related field will be highly regarded
· Knowledge of the property development, real estate, construction, project management or business management services sector will be highly regarded, as the role requires the ability to promote property development projects and associated business activities in a professional and commercially appropriate manner.
Required Experience:
· At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, digital media, campaign coordination, content development or a closely related role.
· Relevant experience should include practical exposure to:
· Planning, developing or coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Creating and coordinating marketing content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, project updates, brochures, presentations and other promotional materials.
· Conducting market research, competitor reviews and target audience analysis to support marketing and promotional decisions.
· Supporting brand development, brand consistency and project positioning across different marketing materials and communication channels.
o Coordinating with internal stakeholders, management teams, sales teams, designers, media providers, external agencies, photographers, printers or other suppliers to deliver marketing materials within required timeframes.
o Reviewing marketing performance data, social media engagement, website activity, enquiry trends or campaign outcomes, and preparing insights or recommendations for management.
o Working in a project-based or fast-paced business environment where multiple marketing tasks, campaigns, deadlines and stakeholder expectations must be managed at the same time.
· Experience in property development, real estate, construction, project marketing or a business management services environment is preferred, as the position supports the marketing and promotion of Kinstone’s property development projects and associated business activities.
Required Skills:
1. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, brand positioning and promotional execution.
2. Ability to identify target markets, assess customer preferences, review competitor activities and support the development of suitable advertising and promotional strategies.
3. Ability to create, schedule and coordinate marketing content across websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, project profiles, brochures and other marketing channels.
4. Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and professional marketing content for property development projects and corporate branding purposes.
5. Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, website content coordination, digital campaign review and online audience engagement.
6. Ability to analyse marketing data, campaign results, website performance, social media metrics and enquiry trends, and translate this information into useful reporting and recommendations.
7. Sound understanding of visual branding, graphic design coordination, marketing collateral preparation and brand consistency requirements.
8. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage campaign timelines, supplier deliverables, internal approvals and competing deadlines.
9. Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with directors, managers, sales teams, project staff, designers, external agencies, media providers and suppliers.
10.High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing project information, marketing copy, digital content, brand materials and external-facing promotional documents.
11.Ability to work independently while reporting clearly to management on campaign progress, marketing outcomes, identified issues and recommended improvements.
12.Ability to understand property development projects and communicate project features, brand values, development quality and market positioning to target audiences.
Proposed tasks:
1. Develop and organise project-specific marketing campaign plans for Kinstone’s residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, including campaign timelines, content themes, launch activities and promotional priorities to support enquiry generation, project visibility and sales objectives.
2. Advise company directors, management and project stakeholders on suitable advertising strategies and communication approaches for different project types, including waterfront residences, townhomes, apartments, land subdivisions and retail/commercial destinations, with a focus on reaching target buyers, investors, retailers, tenants and community audiences.
3. Coordinate the production of marketing campaign materials for Kinstone’s development projects, including project brochures, website content, social media assets, advertising copy, photography briefs, video content, signage, display materials, media releases and digital advertisements, ensuring all materials are delivered within required timeframes, budget expectations and brand standards.
4. Research local property market conditions, buyer preferences, investor sentiment, lifestyle trends, competing projects and community demographics in key project locations such as Helensvale, Rochedale, Coomera and other South East Queensland growth areas, and analyse the findings to support project marketing decisions.
5. Support Kinstone’s business growth by preparing and implementing marketing objectives, campaign schedules, brand communication plans and promotional programs that align with the company’s focus on thoughtful development, community-building, sustainability, wellbeing and long-term project value.
6. Undertake market research to identify opportunities for promoting new and existing projects within the broader Kinstone portfolio, including residential communities, master-planned developments, commercial precincts, retail destinations and future pipeline projects.
7. Provide recommendations to management on key marketing elements, including project positioning, target audience segmentation, promotional messaging, campaign timing, advertising channels, digital communication strategies, sales support materials and customer engagement methods.
8. Create, schedule and publish marketing content for Kinstone’s website, project pages, social media platforms, newsletters and other digital channels, ensuring project information, lifestyle messaging, sustainability features, community benefits and development updates are presented accurately and consistently.
9. Review project pricing information, enquiry patterns, advertising spend, campaign timing and audience engagement data to assess how different promotional strategies may affect enquiry levels, buyer interest, project absorption and overall commercial outcomes.
10.Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives across Kinstone’s project portfolio and prepare regular reports for management on campaign progress, website activity, social media engagement, enquiry trends, content performance, supplier deliverables and recommended follow-up actions.
11.Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns, website analytics, social media platforms, project enquiry channels and advertising reports to evaluate which content, audience segments, locations and project messages are generating the strongest market response.
12.Recommend updates to website pages, project descriptions, social media content, keywords, image selections, digital advertisements and search-related content to improve online visibility, search engine performance, audience engagement and the professional presentation of Kinstone’s projects.
Proposed Annual Earnings for the position:
$80,000 and $90,000 per annum, excluding superannuation.
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant marketing and communications experience, property or project-based marketing exposure, digital marketing capability, campaign coordination skills, and overall suitability for the role.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
