Job Overview: We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our complete digital ecosystem. If you know how to make paid ads convert, how to build an organic SEO powerhouse, and how to nurture an audience through owned channels, we want you on our team.
The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you won’t just be managing campaigns; you’ll be the architect of our digital growth. You will balance the art of creative storytelling with the science of data analytics across three core pillars:
1. Paid Media (Pay-To-Play)
Strategize, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and [other platforms, e.g., TikTok].
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ROAS while lowering CPA.
Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
2. Owned Media & Content Strategy
Oversee our organic digital footprint, ensuring consistent messaging across our website, blog, email newsletter, and social media channels.
Map out content calendars that align with product launches, seasonal trends, and audience pain points.
Collaborate with design and copy teams (or roll up your sleeves) to create high-converting marketing collateral.
3. SEO & Earned Media (Organic Growth)
Own our SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to boost organic rankings, traffic, and high-quality leads.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor backlinks and explore strategic partnerships to boost brand authority.
4. Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on monthly KPIs using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and [other tools like SEMrush/HubSpot].
Turn raw data into actionable insights to pivot strategies in real-time.
Who You Are (Requirements)
The Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned, and SEO).
The Tools: Proficient with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a huge plus.
The Mindset: A rare mix of analytical prowess and creative flair. You love spreadsheets just as much as you love a great catchy headline.
The Execution: Self-motivated and highly organized. You can manage multiple projects without letting things drop through the cracks.
The Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where trying new things and learning from failure is encouraged.
Write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Implement and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance closely, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
