The Role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team. You will have a passion for safety & you should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun.

You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

All applicants must provide the relevant qualifications and licenses required for this role. Your passion for leisure and exercise will see you succeed in this role. We seek employees who make their primary responsibility to deliver exceptional customer service to our patrons ensuring it is in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Skills & Attributes:

A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Working with Children's Check
National Police Check
Relevant Program Certification (eg - Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running and Pilates)
