Dental Boutique is seeking a warm, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our new flagship clinic in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong people skills and customer service experience who enjoys creating exceptional client experiences in a premium healthcare environment. The role also offers future growth into a Patient Coordinator position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator. The warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client.
But this role goes beyond the front desk.
If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant – guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.

What you’ll be doing

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
Manage appointments, patient flow, and front desk operations
Support administrative processes and maintain accurate records
Coordinate daily schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver five-star service

What you’ll be growing into

Lead tailored consultations to support patients through their decision-making journey
Build trust and rapport with clients while presenting treatment options
Manage treatment plans, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication
Collaborate with clinicians to ensure personalised, high-quality care
Use your natural ability to influence and connect to drive conversions

About you:

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
Are naturally warm, engaging, and highly professional
Take pride in delivering a premium, detail-oriented experience
Are organised, efficient, and confident managing multiple tasks
Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Bring experience from high-end retail, hospitality, or service environments (highly regarded)
