About the Role As an NDIS Intake Officer, you will be the first point of contact for participants and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new participant inquiries and explain NDIS processes clearly.
- Collect and verify participant documentation for eligibility and compliance.
- Coordinate personalised care plans and service agreements.
- Schedule initial appointments and liaise with clinicians for timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in our structured CRM system.
- Communicate with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
- Advocate for participants to ensure their goals and needs are met.
- Monitor participant progress and assist with plan reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required.
