At Silk Hospitality, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People & Culture Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, office coordination, and HR administration in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As People & Culture Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting employees throughout their journey with Silk Hospitality. You’ll work closely with the Director of People and Culture and wider team to help deliver a positive employee experience while building valuable HR and administration skills.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and passionate about people and culture.

What You will Be Doing

Support day-to-day People & Culture and HR administration across the employee lifecycle
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
Provide support with internal communications, staff events, and employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate general office administration including inbox management, ordering supplies, and managing ad hoc requests
Work closely with the People & Culture team to create a positive and organised workplace experience

About You
You may be a graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field who is interested in starting their career, or you may be an experienced office administrator looking for a new opportunity

Additionally:

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Passionate about creating positive workplace experiences

Previous administration or customer service experience is highly regarded.
