Full Job Description

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking a highly skilled Draftsperson to join our Domaine Homes team in Norwest.

This role offers the chance to lead and mentor within our drafting division, working on a wide range of residential projects and ensuring our designs continue to set the standard in the industry.

What you’ll do:

Assist in transition to REVIT by creating masters and preparing documents
Prepare accurate architectural drawings for residential home designs
Amend plans to reflect client selections and sales variations
Ensure drawings comply with NCC, Australian Standards and council requirements
Work closely with Sales, Estimating and Construction teams
Use Revit and AutoCAD daily to produce and maintain documentation
Support continuous improvement of drafting standards and processes

About you:

Australian residential drafting experience (project or volume builder preferred)
Certificate IV or Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential)
Intermediate to strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (essential)
Sound understanding of NCC and residential building standards
High attention to detail with strong time management skills
Collaborative, adaptable and keen to grow your drafting career
