About the role

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Criminal Records to be part of our Criminal Records team, Forensic Evidence & Technical Services Command. This is a unique opportunity to lead a large and complex business unit responsible for the delivery of criminal record information that supports policing operations, the criminal justice system, government agencies and the wider community.

As Manager, Criminal Records, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the business unit has the capability and capacity to achieve its objectives. You will shape the future direction of programs, policies and initiatives, while building organisational capability to deliver services that meet evolving government, organisational and community needs.

Leading a diverse workforce of approximately 111 staff, you will drive service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic outcomes, lead organisational change and deliver services that play an important role in supporting policing, justice outcomes and community confidence across New South Wales.
