They will possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and multiple agencies. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of coordinating projects, delivering outcomes within established timeframes, and supporting service improvement initiatives. They will be confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, capable of influencing change, and committed to improving healthcare access and patient outcomes. Experience within public health, women's health, maternity services, health service management or policy implementation will be highly regarded, along with strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. Candidates who demonstrate a commitment to collaboration, respect, openness and empowerment will thrive in this role.

This role supports the implementation of the NSW Health Policy Directive –Termination of Pregnancy. Describe how your communication, consultation and problem-solving skills would enable you to support service development, facilitate change and improve access to care across a complex health service environment.
Termination of pregnancy services can be a sensitive area of healthcare and may involve differing views among stakeholders.
