About Us

El Pinoy Care Services is a trusted provider of aged care and disability support services across Sydney. We are committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing and respect.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable and confident female Support Worker to provide in-home support to an NDIS participant located in Western Sydney, between the Mount Druitt and Penrith areas.

About the Role

This role involves a combination of personal care, daily living assistance and domestic support within the client's home.

Your responsibilities may include:

Personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting
Supporting the client with daily routines
Meal preparation
Laundry and bed making
General household cleaning
Mopping and bathroom cleaning
Kitchen cleaning
Following the client's individual care plan
Completing accurate progress notes and documentation

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Female, due to the client's personal care needs and preferences
Confident and comfortable providing personal care, including showering and toileting
Experienced or comfortable supporting NDIS participants in their home
Compassionate, patient and respectful
Reliable and punctual
Able to provide consistent support
Comfortable working independently
Able to reliably travel within the Mount Druitt / Penrith area
Available for weekday morning shifts

The client is a member of the Filipino community and has a preference for a Filipino female Support Worker who understands her language and cultural background. Tagalog/Filipino-speaking applicants and those familiar with Filipino culture will be highly regarded.

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent) preferred
Previous experience in disability, aged care, home care or community support preferred
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Australian working rights
