The Employer Engagement Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) will facilitate sustainable employment opportunities for Aspirants engaged in the IEA program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, identifying suitable vacancies, and supporting Aspirants into meaningful and lasting employment.
What will you be doing?
Engage with Aspirants and employers to secure employment opportunities
Achieve individual KPIs, targets and performance expectations
Build, maintain and grow employer relationships
Source vacancies and identify employment opportunities
Match Aspirants to available roles
Develop and implement local employer engagement and business development strategies
Work collaboratively with Employment Consultants and site teams
About you
-
Experience in employer engagement, account management, business development or relationship management
- Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships with staff and various stakeholders
- Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work toward targets and performance outcomes

- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
