Full Job Description

Ready to take your accounts payable experience beyond the day-to-day? Join our Finance team and take ownership of the full Accounts Payable function while gaining valuable exposure to month-end reporting, process improvements and other areas of finance in a supportive and collaborative environment.

From coding and labelling systems to software and integrated production technologies, we partner with some of the region’s biggest manufacturers and industrial businesses to keep operations moving.

About the role

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and process vendor payments
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries
Reconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding items
Maintain vendor master data, including validation of vendor information and bank detail changes
Support month-end close activities and complete assigned tasks in line with reporting deadlines
Apply company policies, internal controls and delegated authorities across invoice and payment processing
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier management
Provide backup support to accounts receivable and financial accountant during peak periods and leave coverage

About you

An accounting qualification or relevant finance-related qualification
Minimum 3-5 years of experience within an Accounts Payable or broader finance function
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Experience in taking ownership of the entire accounts payable function
