About the role

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and process vendor payments
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding items
- Maintain vendor master data, including validation of vendor information and bank detail changes
- Support month-end close activities and complete assigned tasks in line with reporting deadlines
- Apply company policies, internal controls and delegated authorities across invoice and payment processing
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier management
- Provide backup support to accounts receivable and financial accountant during peak periods and leave coverage
About you

An accounting qualification or relevant finance-related qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within an Accounts Payable or broader finance function
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience in taking ownership of the entire accounts payable function
