As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to the General Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will provide high-level administrative, organisational and operational support to the General Manager and assist with the smooth running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and anticipate the needs of the General Manager in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments and daily schedule.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.

Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries where required.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes and business documents.

Monitor deadlines, action items and follow-up requirements.

Maintain accurate and confidential company records.

Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, employees and business partners.

Assist with business projects, events and management activities.

Coordinate information between the General Manager and internal departments.

Support general office administration and day-to-day business operations.

Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.

Identify administrative issues and assist with implementing practical solutions.

Perform other duties reasonably required by the General Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or Administrator.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Professional, discreet and trustworthy approach.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Confidence communicating with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn.

Australian work rights.

A current Australian driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
